I just baught the book to and it is awesome; so simple and easy to follow...I am just confused for the workouts are you suppose to do 1 of 10 for each exercise once through and then a second time as well for the 2nd set?

Got the book the day it came out. I started 3 days ago and it is working!! Great food and workouts. I feel great. I am down 2.7 lbs form Monday to Wednesday. Can't wait to finish the 30 days and continue on with new healthy habits. Definitely recommend!!

Got the book today and couldn't put it down. Went out to buy what I need and starting tomorrow. My plan is to finish the 30 days and release the excess weight from my body. Thanks Jackie.

Very informative and easy to read. But I'm confused about how to exactly portion the food that I know I'm taking in only 948kcal a day? It would be nice if you can make a DVD that shows how to prepare the meals and quantify them for the 10 days and how to do the workouts with the equipment you mentioned and have it alongside the book.

Well I went to the Dr and my blood pressure was 156/100 and on Easter I weighted 208.6. That's the most I ever weighted. So the next day I started the 10 pounds in 10 days. Well on the 10th day I weighted 13 pounds less, my blood pressure is 127/76 Wow I'm taking my power back, no excuses, and I'm going to be in control with this plan. When I first started I said ok I'll give Jackie the power, and with this plan I took the power. Thank You

I just bought the book and started to plan today, I am confused about the reps though. Do 1 set of 10 all the way through plus cardio and then do second set?
