MAINTENANCE TIPS
Each day, eat five meals a day: breakfast, lunch,
and dinner, plus a mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack.
Each day, choose four proteins, three vegetables,
two fruits, two grains, and one fat from my list of foods.
Enjoy two treat meals on the weekend (up to 1,500
calories) and still maintain your healthy weight.
Beware of supposed diet foods. Cow dairy yogurts are
loaded with sugar and diet sodas actually cause
cravings for carbs.
